Hi,
Can someone please help me, Vodafone didn't or couldn't help at all.

When I receive a sms from person A (no sms in inbox) just like normal I get a new message.

Then person B sms me and I receive their message in person A's sms.

example
INBOX
Person A
Person B

MESSAGE
person A [received txt]
person A [received txt] - but this txt is actually from person B

hope that all makes sense.
I have the latest update software and all, I have resset to factory settings, soft reboot and hard reboot and still same thing.
Please help

What OS version is running on your device? Look in Options >About on the 3rd line down. Please post the full version number.
