I got my blackberry bold about a month ago and I loved it for the first couple weeks.

Now everytime I am at work it continues to reset itself over and over again. It happens at random times and whenever i try and use the mobile web.

I tried resetting it and that fixed it for about a day and now its back to resetting again.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Is it under warranty? If so, return for a new one.

By reset, what do you mean - reboots?

What did you do just before this began to occur? Is it just at work or does it happen at other places as well?

Remove the media card if placed and see what happens

i don't have a media card in it.

and yes it continues to reboot.
and no it doesn't do it anywhere but at work!

and i didn't do anything before it started, i wasn't even touching the phone when it first did it.

I have a blackberry Curve 8320 and it does the same thing, it keeps restarting randomly.
I did a clean restore to the phone and it was alright for about a day, but next day it keeps restarting randomly.
I've re-formatted my SD card but nothing happens.
I've tried doing a battery Pull nothing happens.

ANY HELP PLEASE?

By clean install do you mean using JL_CMDER, BBSAK or one of the other utilities to completely wipe out the device and reload it?

Did this 8320 ever work in the past?

By clean restore i mean that i went onto my blackberry and wiped out everything, such as data and 3rd party aplications. I put the phone back into its factory settings.

It's like the settings once you get your BB out from the phone box when you first buy it. Those settings.

Yes it worked normally before.
I am thinking the re-starting of my bb is due to memory, cause whenever it reaches around 11mb to restartes and after the restartes the memory is around 19mb. So maybe its the memory, not too sure... i'm still finding out what the problem is.

Any ideas?

11mb is low. There is a memory management thread in the General BlackBerry Discussion thread which may help. The best way to do a clean restore is with JL_CMDER, where it totally wipes out the device. Try to get to 14+ mb of free space and see if that helps.
