I don't know. I also don't know the cause, excpet that after upgrading the OS this was a constant problem.

What I do know, after BES no battery pulls. We kept waiting for the problem to come back but it's been 3 weeks - the problem for us is gone. The device(s) have the same apps/contect on them as before.

I was just sharing the joy... after quite literally months of checking the memory so the device wouldn't reboot on it's own, to be free of that - we are ecstatic!

This was just me posting how happy we are....
