when ever i plug my 9000 bold into my computer, my phone never gives me the option to enable mass media thing so it wont let me put my music on my blackberry.

when i put my media card into my 9000 bold it comes up with the message "error on media card" so when i go to reformat the card it takes a really long time and i just end up canceling it. Help??

Is it formatting? Or is it stuck or frozen?

How long is a really long time?

If it is not stuck or frozen, seems to be formatting, then why not leave it until it is done?

The error you saw could have just been lost sectors, maybe. You should have seen a repair selection in the menu as well as format. But I think that's OBE now.

You might also remove the card and format in a card reader on the computer, if you have one.

i do not think that it is frozen but i am not sure. it has taken over 10 minutes last time i tried.

Do you have the ability to try and format it using the computer? If so, give that a try.

Otherwise, try with the blackbery again, and just leave it until it finishes or you get an error message.

On blackberry, or on computer? Can you read the card with a computer? Can you format on computer and then try again reading/writing in the blackberry?
