Default ask for help about my bold 9000

hello,guys,recently there is something wrong with my blackberry bold 9000 device.

at beginning,i could not read my emails in the inbox any more,sometimes I couldnt enter the inbox,sometimes i could but the screen freeze,the same problem also occured when i wanna read the short message.

some friends around use blackberry told me to update the OS,by updating,this issue could be solved,and I tried to do so.

but unfortunately,I encountered another trouble,when I updated the OS by the blackberry desktop manager,the desktop manager told me "application loader was unable to backup data on your device" I tried many times,but everytime the same notice.

so now I really have no idea how to do or what to do,the only hope is to ask for help from you these professional friends on this forum,really hope you could help me to solve this problem.

and my desktop manager version4.6,OS

Delete the browser cache and try again. This worked for me once.

Update your BlackBerry Desktop software. You can do that by uninstalling the old desktop software on your computer and simply downloading the new one off of, after you have installed the new desktop software to your computer it should be desktop SO 6. Once thatxxx8217;s done you may try updating you Blackberry. However if updating doesnxxx8217;t fix the problem you will need to call your costumer service to see if they can help you.
