Default Blackberry Desktop Software

Please Login to Remove!


I have just updated my Blackberry Desktop Software to the latest version available.

When I sync my Address Book Edits from the Device (Bold 9000) to Yahoo, I get the following message from Microsoft Windows pop up box:

"Blackberry Desktop Software has stopped working".

Please assist with a solution.

Just another way of looking at it. I'm not a Blackberry tech guru by a mile but perhaps the USB port has been disabled/shut off while syncing? Make sure that the USB drivers are up to date. Go to Device properties under My Computer.
