Default Cannot access BIS Set up..only BES.???

weird.

Just picked up a BB Bold 9000 that was on Rogers. I now have it unlocked and on set up on Telus. I synced my address book from my old work 8830 and that is all. Have downloaded an updated OS (not 5.0) and thats it as far as I can tell.

As such, I wish to set up my gmail account with this phone. When I go to setup/email set up, this is the screen I get. No other option.??



I am not sure in what direction to go now..??

Do you have a BB data plan properly activated on the account? Must have that to get the service books and to access any RIM services such as email.

Seems they only had me set up with a std data plan. Not a specific setting for BB...which is now changed and I see finally BB registration e-mails and some more icons on the desktop. Also options for e-mail set up. Good stuff.
