Default What is my OS version ?

In options> about it says .....


Blackberry 9000 smartphone (3G, Wi-Fi)
v4.6.0.303 (Platform 4.0.0.248)


Does this mean my OS version is 4.0.0.248 ????

I am a new blackberry user.. please guide

Just type on myver in an email or on memopad and you will also see version

can u please elaborate

I typed myver in memopad but them nothing is shown

there must be some other action i have to do for this

Yes. Type the five letters "myver" on any e-mail or in your memopad and the autotext will pop up. Try it

You need to press space bar after typing "myver" without quotes obviously
