So you have a Bold 900, and it is not getting a charge correct?

How are you trying to charge it?

Have you tried:
1. Using different wall outlets.
2. Using different chargers/cables.
3. When the charger is plugged in, is it loose or firm. (Does it seem like their is too much wiggle room?)
4. Might want to try removing the battery and placing it back in. (Reseating the battery, and verifing it is in there properly.)
