Does the Bold not update automatically when you change time zones or is there a special setting i have to change for it to do that?

Also is there an app that can be downloaded for talk to text?

Re time zone, depending on OS version, there is a setting in options to enable the automatic feature. The user must manually adjust the time zone setting on older OS versions.

On text question, I don't know. Have you looked in blackberry app world?
