Default Turn off encryption for contacts

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have just had my BB Bold returned from our IT depot after the OS being wiped and re-installed for an un-related issue.

The problem I have is that when people in my contact list are calling me their names are not showing, only their numbers.

I had this problem before and it was rectified by turning the encryption off for contacts. The problem I have now is that I cant for the life of me remember how i did this, and have spent 30 (unsuccessful) mins Google'ing and still no joy.

Could someone please point me in the right direction please?

Cheers all

Roughly, its under options - security I believe
And you need to turn off "content protection" for contacts.
