I've had my 9000 for a couple of years and want to use excel and word docs in my BB. I have the icon but when I connect it to my pc using a usb cord, i get a message about a "permission to you files was denied. Please configure your applicatin permission appropriately".

Need help please.

Are you using a 9000 as in your post or 9700 as in your profile.

And you might want to change the title to your thread to something more specific to your issue, not your name. You will have a better chance of getting a good response.

Do you have Docs2Go on the BB?

What is the EXACT error message?
