Default CANT TURN ON, BUT LED RED BLINKING 4x

Please Login to Remove!

can some one help me? my BB cant turn on but the LED Red LIght blinking 4x , whats the problem?? is it the battery or my OS ??? also BB Desktop cant detect my BB even i connect it..

Take your battery out for more than 10 minutes.
Place the battery back in and connect the power supply and wait another 10 minutes. Then turn your BB back on and fully load your BB.

i've tried your suggestion, but same thing happened...any suggestions???
