On the most times when I hit a key when my Bold 9000 is on the lock screen, or when de backlight is of, I see only a white screen.

This screen disappears when I 'refresh' the screen:
- Like when I turn of the keylock -> white screen. Hit Menu buttom -> screen is normal.
- Like when I hit a key when phone backlight is off: white screen -> hit a another key (the second time)-> screen is normal.

Wiped my phone already
tried couple of software 5.xxx software versions

Somebody knows what this problem is?

I have had similar issues with my Bold 9000 as well.

Sometimes the screen is completely white other times it looks like a scrambled channel on a television. Going to a different screen (hitting the menu button/locking and unlocking the screen) fixes the problem.

I have wiped the device using JML and it continues to do it. The issue is erratic and annoying at times but I haven't been able to pin point the problem.

I'm thinking that it is a hardware related issue, but I'm not sure.

Yes, that's the same problem. I think also it's a hardware problem. But I don't know what it can be. I think the screen is oké..

I believe that is hardware problem, please refer into Crackled/white screen on lock

my blackberry bold 9000, has a white screen.
i can make a call, and reciever texts, bb messanger and facebook alerts.
but i cant see my main screen.

i really need this to work.
any ideas?
