i tried everything nothing seems to work

the red LED turns on for a second when plugged into a wall adapter or usb

windows seems to detect it for that second then it goes away

app loader doesn't even see it

i didnt drop/ water damage it
also i tried another battery.. did not work
anyideas?

Seem like you tried most things so the next would be simply to pull the battery and see if it resets. The next would be a new battery. If that does not work then it may be a hardware problem. Hopefully it's just a dead battery and the charging circuit needs to be reset with a battery pull.

What were you doing before this happened?

Did you try a new battery? I see that you tried another, but was it an OEM BB 9000 battery?

I had a similar problem and it was the battery.

yeah i pulled the battery off my buddies 9000 nothing seems to work :(

also seems to be making a very high pitched beeping sound from the handsfree speaker
