Got two Bolds 1-20-2011. Mine works perfect, as far as I can tell. Daughters doesn't want to save pictures without taking battery out and re-starting. This is the second phone for her. I'm getting ready to mail in rebates. Not getting much help from carrier. Can someone help? Thanks.

Is her device exactly the same as yours - apps, OS, etc?

Has she loaded any apps or themes that might cause it?

Are there any error codes?

This really should be in the 9600 section. Don't double post however. Wait until we can move it.

Also what OS are you running on them.
