I am using BlackBerry Bold 9000 . i am using idea. i could not able to access GPRS in my BlackBerry phone.even i could not able to save GPRS setting in my BlackBerry sent by Idea.

Please Help me how to save GPRS settings and is there any setting to change in BlackBerry.

Does Idea support BlackBerrys, and does it support the model you have? And if so, do you have a BlackBerry data plan?

Am using blackberry bold 9000 (vodafone) I downloaded 2go and was asked to go to my GPRS settings for it to be operational. But how can I access my GPRS settings. Pls I need ur help

you can go to "option" then "advanced option" then "gps"

I need urgent help; I am using blackberry bold9000 and after trying to archive a theme I was told to reboot but after rebooting I had a white screen which had reload software 552,,what do I do since I don't have blackberry desktop Manager on my pc,,,i tried jl-cmder but it couldn't help to detect the phone,,,,,anyone please I don't care if I have to loose all data,,,i just need my phone working again
