Default Email Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem with my Email on my Bold. I have my hotmail email setup on my phone. It usually took a few minuets to get to me phone, as of late sometimes it takes hours to get to my phone. Any idea's of what is going on with the phone or of a setting i can change to make it work like it should?

Most likely a hotmail/Microsoft problem and not a BB problem. There are many hotmail users here reporting problems and I am not sure if there has been a good resolution.

Might tryusing our SEARCH feature and search on "hotmail" and see what you find.

A couple things to try:

1. Battery pull
2. Log into your BIS site, delete the hotmail account, then readd it and resend service books.

Yea i did a battery pull and kept it pulled for like 30 mins last night.... I did resend the service books twice so far i believe.

I think it resolved itself for the most part but i still have delayed Emails but oh well.

That sort of thing usually does. When the delays start, just live with it best you can until deliveries return to normal.
