Question i want to disable my firewall

Please Login to Remove!
(i have bold 9000 ) when i try to disable the firewall there is a little red padlock beside it and even after resetting its still there, any ideas how to get rid of it so i can register the software pls help me for it

Not sure what you mean by "register the software".

The red padlock is probably caused by an IT policy. Are you using BIS or BES?
