BB 9000setup email!!! help
when i enter email setup. it show me
"i want to use work email account with a BB enterprise server" ONLY
and i click next....
It ask me : has your BB enterprise server administrator provided with enterprise activation password? lol

WHERE I ET THE PASSWORD?? and what is enterprise server administrator?

You must have a BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN on your account. Please call your carrier.

that mean after i change the data plan i would get the enterprise activation password and address from them?

Enterprise activation is for corporate email on BES. What are you trying to set up - email on BES or personal mail on BIS?

Please see the FAQ for how to set up email.

And also please update your profile to indicate your cell carrier. I know it is not os5.

1. "carrier" means your phone service provider. Enter that information in the profile field rather than "os5".

2. As indicated above, you need a BLACKBERRY Data Plan from your phone service provider/carrier in order to get the Personal Email Setup option. "Enterprise Activation" doesn't apply in your situation.

You need to contact your provider/carrier and get the proper data plan from them. Then you will get email on your BlackBerry.
