Hello everybody, I have a bold 9000 with the battery door latch pushed in and I can't seem to get it unstuck. I know people tend to have issues with this and I would like to try to repair it myself if possible.

Is this something that can be repaired without purchasing a new latch?

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

It seems the door latch in integral to the case and is difficult to repair. It may be wise to send it off for repair.

Unless of course someone on this or the other forum you posted on has a solution

dam, I need to get my hands on a t6 to take it appart and see why it's not working.

at most I would get a new door latch and replace it, but I don't understand why it wouldn't keep working unless the mechanism is damaged/bent.

there is no way I'm sending off a 80.00 phone for a 40.00 repair lol I have to figure something out. Hopefully somebody has repaired it themselves and can shed some light
