Cannot remove password

Hello:
Have a Bold 9000 which I just unlocked for a non-ATT network (was ATT).
The password "button" in the security -> password screen has a little lock next to it, thus no remove option. :cry:
Please advise what to do

You need to search for how to remove the IT policy. There is a sticky on it.

Thank you, I did a factory restet and that took care of the problem
