Search for JL_CMDER or BBSAK or both. Install one of these on a computer. Connect the BlackBerry with USB. Wipe the BlackBerry. (You need a PC to run JL_CMDER. I don't know if there is a version of BBSAK for Mac or not. You'll figure it out.)
After you wipe the device, install the device software using your preferred method. The most simple method would be to use the desktop software to install it automatically. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |
