great way to lose money IMO. a pulled auction they wont have to refund you necessarily if you paid for a future product.

Too many risks... Too bad. But I'll wait for the real 4.5 (please stand up) on my Curve before I start considering getting another "newer" BlackBerry.

Notice the date on the screen was Friday, 2 days ago?

That is the most recent pic I have seen of the 9000.

even if it did exist and you made a successful transaction and received the product in hand.

How will one go about getting tech support? or even a warranty?

STAY CLEAR AND WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL.

Odd that a seller with so much feedback (1100) and a positive rating of 99.5% would suddenly take to scamming. £400 GBP is a lot of money for even the coolest new Blackberry. Plus, if it's a pre-production unit there could be trouble obtaining support should it ever become necessary.

being pre-production only carriers are supposed to have it. Support would not exist.

Looks like he's a legit seller and has sold phones before.
