Default New Browser in 9000 - 05-05-2008, 10:26 AM

Hey everyone,

So I have Verizon and would like to get either an iPhone or the 9000 but I know that neither of those are coming out for Verizon anytime soon. So now I am looking into getting the Curve on Verizon because thats all they got. It seems like a good phone, but the browser is just not up to par with the iPhones. Do you all think the 9000 will be able to compete with the Safari browser of the iPhone?

Thanks!

On the 9000 the browser will be much much better than anything that BB has to date but it still won't be a iPhone.

It doesn't have to be, I actually use my BB web browser far more than I did with my POS and WinMobile devices and will do even more with the better browser and 3G in the BB9000. But I wouldn't do much web on the jesus phone 2 it would suck the battery down, I would have to run around and find a charger because I can't swap the battery out like I can on my BB.
