Has anyone noticed that the unlock/lock procedure has changed significantly on Pearl 2 comparing to the old Pearl?

for example I used to have it on my left convenience key before, now it is not available...also how do I switch to vibrate mode? on 8120 there was a shortcut on the keypad, but on 9105 no such luxury :(

could not also select multiple items in a list (on 8120 it was press shift and roll)

another question so not to open a new thread:
in email setup there should be 2 options to choose from right?
internet mail and BES mail...I only have BES option

how do I set up my gmail and hotmail then?

UPD: "I want to create or add an email address" is the name of the first option which I am missing at the moment :(
