audio issue

I have a new pear2 9105 ... and a problem that some times the audio level is dropped so low I can not hear anything ( volume set to maximum, headphones or audio speaker work fine). I have to take the battery out to restart, and then works fine. It only appear sometimes, 3 times in one months so far.

have you tried to upgrade it to the latest version????, and see if you have the same problem or else its hardware i think

it is almost new, there is no 6.
i gave it back for service or replacement.
