Forgotten email setuo username/password

I've got my self a new BB Pearl 9105 3G, but I've forgotten the username and password to access my email settings on my email service with 3UK.

Who do I have to contact to get reset? 3UK or BlackBerry?

It wont allow me to add any other email accounts with out it.

You need to contact your cell carrier, 3UK. They should be able to reset it.
