Question using Jl Cmder to unlock handset?

Please Login to Remove!

Will using Jl Cmder to wipe the handset (9105) and doing a clean install of the OS remove the network lock/branding on the handset?

Thanks.

Nope.
To remove network lock you need an unlock code.

And by "branding" you mean the startup screen? This cannot be changed.
