my browser

My browser is not working at all,when ever I click on the browser icon,this message comes out (uncaughtjavascriptillegalarguement)pls help me to solve this problem.

Ooh, those uncaught exception errors are nasty. You might need to reload/update your OS. This error can also be caused by a third-party app that won't play nice with your browser. The most recent third-party apps installed are usually the cause.

This is the exalt message(uncaught exception java.lang.illegal Argument exception)when ever I click on the browser icon and how can I reload or update my OS? pls help me,thank 4 the reply.
