Brother just got a new curve with wifi not sure the number. We could choose reply to email but after adding text could find no send option only save draft. Pretty sure he has the same OS as me on my tour. If you create new email the send option is there

Does your brother have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
Did he set up email on the device?
Is he receiving a full data signal?
Are all the other data functions working properly?
Has he tried a Battery Pull with the device turned on?
Has he tried resending the Service Books?

As an aside, no Curve model "has the same OS ... as a Tour".

Yes all data stuff is working. Only when using the reply to email that there is no send option. No issue if we create email from scratch. Will try battery pull. That only takes a bit of time. No idea how to resend service books

To resend service books, log onto the BIS site and click on resend service books. Or call the carrier and have them do it.

I haven't seen this issue in a long time. There are threads on this from many months ago. If resending the service books does not work, you will need to delete the account and re-add it.
