With a cdma tower just because you have a signal does not always mean you'll have a data signal. hspa - sim card (you can easily transfer your number to another device by swapping out sims), cdma - no sim card and the device requires manual programming by a dealer to work. if your still trying to decide between the devices go 9300, better network plus it will be compatible with os 6 in the near future.

. The 9330 is a CDMA device, and has no SIM card.
