how to read 9330 in qpst (getting "nv read only"

hi friends

i m facing a strange problem

i hv a 9330. when i try to read it with qpst (i hv tried ver 223 / 245 /255 / 215)

it is reading the phone base model automaticallly selected is SURF 7600-7600 (IT IS FOR UMTS devices)

but when i try to write to phone i m getting error (nv read only)

plz help
