Help...

I have a BB curve 9300 and I think I have the V5.0.0794 OS????
Would I benefit from getting the os 6? As you may gather i'm a bit clueless with this. What would I gain? could I download it to my model? Is it free? Lastly is there a UK site I could obtain this from?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Laurence

My advice is that if the device works as you want and need, then it isn't broken and doesn't need to be fixed with an OS upgrade. I never recommend doing an OS upgrade just to do it. There should be some reason for it.

Read through the various sections and you will find many instances of upgrades gone wrong, apps not working as they did previously. But to be fair, we generally only get the bad things, not the good.
