Your question isn't clear, at least not to me.
I get that you (a) have a new email alert, but (b) you are not able to view the new email.
But, what steps are you taking to view the email, and what isn't working? Is the new email not apparent in the folder? Can you not open the message? Or what is the problem, exactly?
