Default Google Mobile

Been using my 9330 for a few weeks now; it certainly has its limitations, but so far has been a much more reliable, stable device than I expected.

The only problems I have experienced so far are with Google Mobile. It doesn't want to play nicely when I try to move the icon. When I move it, it duplicates itself, usually by hiding another app's icon. Very odd. Requires a reboot to undo.

Anybody else experienced this?

Couple thoughts:

Are you using a third-party theme? If so, you might switch to a stock theme as a test, and see what happens.

If you are not using the latest OS release for your model, an upgrade would be another thing to try.

Also, given the reboot corrects the behavior, at least for a while, pay attention and see if there is a pattern with regard to what other apps are running at the same time. Don't forget apps that are running hidden in the background.

Thanks for the reply.

This is a bone stock device. I'm not much for themes.

The reboot corrects it until I try to move the icon again. Haven't found a rhyme or reason to it.

Not a big deal.
