Default can't see dialled and received numbers anymore

Please Login to Remove!

I haven't been able to see recent received calls and dialled calls. I only see the missed calls and earlier dialed numbers when I click on the green phone button. Please help.

Also in phone option i have selected show recent. My phne model is 9300 curve3g & OS5

Try a battery pull while the BlackBerry is running. This will force a reset but not delete any data and often fixes glitches like missing call logs.

hi rambo.

i tried your solution but now bb is giving error 523 and i cant enter my phone....its just getting restarting again n again :(

i have never seen any such error like ERROR 523...true monster though i won against it

solution by jmrmb80 on supportforums.blackberry

OK. First start off with the battery out of the phone and the usb cable unplugged. Next open the Desktop Manager, then go into Application Loader. When you get to the part where it asks for the connection type just plug in the usb cable (still leaving the battery out). If the connection changes to usb<pin> or usb<unknown>, hit Next. Keep going through the wizard till you're on the last step, before you hit Install. Now put the battery in and see if the loading operation completes.
