hi my grandaughter bought 9300 had prob with the curser kept going to top all the time took it back as underwarranty to be told it was moisture damage and now does not even power up has anyone else had same prob only they wont honor the warranty help please oh and no sign of damage

Moisture could have got into the phone. If she had it in the bathroom while she was in the shower for example. You wouldn't see any sign of moisture damage, but it could exist.

liftyman.....Mine did exactly this when I downloaded the new version of Facebook. It went daft. Curser whizzing back up to the top all the time, freezing etc.

I did a battery pull and it stoped for a couple of minutes then started again. I deleted the FB app and did the battery pull again and it's been fine since.

I've got no moisture in mine and actually 'baby it' so it is more than well looked after so mine can't be moisture etc, and it's poss your's isn't.

Have you downloaded/installed anything just before it started to happen?

Since I posted this on another thread I have found that it does the same thing if I stay on Blackberry apps for more than a couple of minutes.
