|  my curve 3G having a double typing problem.

this my 4th set of curve 3G.
and the same annoying problem happen to my phone again..
the DOUBLE TYPING problem ex : "onee daay,i saaw a huge caats..in the dddday lighht screeeennn.."
please help me out to solve this problem..thanks alot guys..

Sounds to me like you are pressing the key too hard and too long.

i already done all those tips and trick by slow down the rate,pull of the battery..
at the 3 days earlier on the 1 week when i get the 4th set is ok,then on the the 4th day is seem like the problem come out again..i have ni idea whats wrong.. | | Offline

If it is under warranty see if your service provider/carrier will replace it.
I know there were reports about that problem with Bold 9780s made in Mexico awhile back, but I see nothing about the 9300.
It may not be a case of how fast or even how hard you are typing. It could be you are hitting the edges of keys as you move around the keyboard.

Thhis already the 4th set. Replacement I madde.this problem really annoyed me.ii don't know wht to do already..and ya seem like am the only one thaat facing this problem..is there going wrong anywherre? And wheen I changing the font,using normal plain font,the double typinng problem is reducing.but still havee double typing error,such havee alphabet E,R,N,A..etc

I cannot see how you can have the exact same problem with 4 different/new 9300s. Are you installing an app or theme that could cause the problem?

Normally I will install the new version of bbm,app worrld,fb..and I seldomly open map,then I download theme..I mostly use bbm..

Is there any solution? I rreally don't want to change this phone,I already edit contact with their email and names..then I like curve because the keeypaadd is separated..but this stutter @ double typing is getting worse.I prress the key board slowly and the doubblee letterr stiill the same..please heelp me out.

In my experience, the issue you're reporting is hardware, and no amount of wiping or reloading the OS will help. Seems incredibly unlucky to happen so many times in a row, but I'd have it replaced....again.

It *could* be indicative of moisture problems. The device would not have to be dunked in water or a beer. It could have been left laying in a highly humid environment, such as a bathroom counter during a hot or steamy shower, a gym locker or sweaty pants while on a run.

the 1st set of my bb curve is had the same problem,then i exchanged it to the second set,i get a dutch/german keypad "AZERTY" instead of 'QWERTY",i exchange it right away,then the 3rd set is using OS 5 and the Z keypad dont make the Click sound when i pressing it,so i exchange it right away,now the 4th set is am using now,with the stutter @ double typing keypad going wild this night..so sad why this happen to me. | | Offline
