Replaced lens and it's already loosening
 

Hi,

I bought an original Blackberry LCD lens on eBay.
I removed the scratched lens from a Blackberry 9300 and replaced it properly with the new one.
After one day the lens is already loosening.

I'm not allowed to post an URL of a picture I made because off the number of posts I made.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?
I already contacted the eBay seller but I'm not sure he will fix the problem.
