Default Cannot watch Youtube videos and cannot use Opera mini

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone,

So this is my 1st post on Blackberry forum. I have purchased my BB 9300 for 2 months and experienced some major problems.

First, my BB cannot watch youtube videos. I can watch videos during the first week using my phone, but after that, I received this message every time trying to open the videos: "Content not available. Server is blocked or unresponsive." (I can connect to Youtube mobile page, but cannot watch the videos). I think this happened after I update my phone using BB Desktop Software. (I do not have data plan and just connect to the internet by WiFi).

Second, recently, I try installing Mini Opera on my BB. I really like it since it's much neater than the default browser. However, I can only surf the internet with Mini Opera right after installing it. After several hours, or a day, I received this message: "Connection Failed. Unable to connect. Please review your network settings." The WiFi still works well on the default browser.

Can anyone tell me how I can solve these problems?

Thank you so much!

Youtube and Opera Mini both use data, your carrier has service books that tell your phone data usage is not allowed. Since Youtube and Opera both want direct tcp connections, they will use the information in your service books. The only way to make them work again, without buying a data plan, is to identify the service books that need to be deleted. However, everytime you do a battry pull, or a soft reset, those service books will appear on your phone again.

Can you tell me how to delete the service books?

PS: A better question is which service books should I delete?

You must purchase a BlackBerry Data Plan.

I realized that every time I reset my BB, the Opera works well again for abt a day.

But the Youtube is still not working. I have tried deleted all service books of Tmobile. When I reset the BB, they didn't cone back but that doesn't have anyway. So do you guys have any suggestion? And I don't want to purchase a data plan.
