Default Not receiving texts

Please Login to Remove!
My blackberry has been sent away for repair so I am using another 1 an 8250 the problem I'm not receiving any text messages, can any1 help me fix this or even tell me y?..

Text messaging is a carrier issue. Have you called them to make sure that text messaging is set up on your account?

Is the number on this phone, your same number as on the phone sent for repair?
