music keeps on playing even though battery is empty. please help me

Take the battery out???

Hit the BB button and go to Now Playing, and then stop the music and close out the Music Player. The music is not playing without power going to your device.

You may have the song on mute, but if you hit one the top buttons you can have music coming out of your device.

If your BB is playing with a dead battery you may have a valuable item there.
