You need to try another battery, as a test. Even though the battery appears to take a charge, it could still be beginning to fail, unable to deliver sufficient power under higher demand. Borrow a battery if you can.
It could also be bad or corrupt software. If you recently installed something, delete it and test. You may need to shotgun it: Do a security wipe and then add apps and themes back one at a time, testing in between. Worst case, you may need to wipe the device and then reload the OS.
Or, it could be a hardware problem. If you have wet the BlackBerry or dropped it hard, this would be suspicion #1. If you have exposed the device to moisture, even something such as a sweaty pocket, you should remove the battery dry the device well. (See blackberryfaq.com)
