help with BB protect

i recently upgraded to a curve 9360 and am trying to set up my BB protect but i cannot figure out how to add my device ... when i go into the app and come to the connect screen the only thing that happens is the little green loading thing... i am on a data plan where i have all of my social apps and can connect to wifi (but its not provided with my plan)... please help!!!!

You need the full Blackberry data plan for app world and BB Protect

If your on a corporate BES server, BB Protect wont load even if it's one of your Icons.
