My BB sent the following to a person that used to be in my contact list, I did not know that the message was sent and it does not appeared as such in my BB. Hoever, it does appear as sent on my hotmail sent folder.
Why was this sent?

Honestly, I would ignore it. It's an automated email; I'm not sure how it got sent to your friend, but it doesn't mean anything.

this the type of message bb will send to a certain person when you want to add somebody in your bbmessenger via email.
first it was the 8900, then 9700 and now 9860
