Default cant setup call-forwarding (ive tried googling already)

Please Login to Remove!

I'm on a BB Curve 9300. Trying to do some call-forwarding but I cant find it. I've searched for prolly 30 mins now and cant find an effective answer. All the answers seem to be saying the same thing:

Press the Send key
Press the Menu key
Select Options
Select Call Forwarding

The thing is once I goto Options in step 3, I dont see Call Forwarding anywhere.

Help!

Your carrier may not support it.
