Default Media Card Issues

Please Login to Remove!

Camera function disabled with message 'media card full' Whatsapp disabled with message 'unable to locate media card'

However I am unable to access any video/photo/music stored on media card. All show 0.

I have been able to download all to laptop - however unable to delete from media card - getting message 'administrator permission required' chosing continue - next message is 'you need permission from everyone to delete this file'.

I have switched off & taken card out & cleaned & rebooted - no luck

Anyone know how I can clear this media card?

thanks heaps
