Default shark modem and storm

i know this maybe a little premature..but any input/word if the storm and shark modem will work? i am thinking of changing from a treo to the storm and i currently use pdanet and treo to connect my laptop when out and about...and advice or input would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Yep, I tried the demo on mine and it worked fine... I wish it wasn't so expensive.....or there was a tutorial on how to do it yourself...

Shark Modem is dreadfully slow. Don't waste your $50. Invest in a wifi finder to locate free hotspots or pay for the tethering charge with your carrier. I can get on one or two webpages with Shark Modem and that's it. Your better off with the phones browser.

I used PdaNet with a Palm Treo and that program WORKS. Its cheaper at $35 and speeds are pretty decent -better than dialup. Unfortunately, it doesnt work with Blackbery.
