Default setting up verizon storm after switching from at&t

Please Login to Remove!

i am running out the door right now to go purchase the storm and sign up with verizon. i currently have curve thru at&t and will be making the switch in the store so they can port my same number.

i just want to be sure that i don't lose any of my contacts, ringtones, etc from both the device and the memory card.
will desktop manager be the best way?

would i just use the blackberry device swap option?
